《贺兰山 The Helan Mountain》是宁夏回族自治区党委宣传部与中央电视台科教频道联合出品的六集电视纪录片。该片是著名导演金铁木继《神秘的西夏》之后又一部反映宁夏题材的作品，2017年1月16日在中央电视台科教频道（CCTV-10）黄金时段首播。
贺兰山位于宁夏与内蒙古阿拉善盟的交界处，它与大兴安岭、阴山、祁连山，共同构筑了中国北方天然的地理分界线。贺兰山以西是广袤苍茫的戈壁荒漠，而东麓则是被誉为“塞上江南”的宁夏平原。在历史上，贺兰山一直是游牧与农耕两大文明交流、融合之地，也是古丝绸之路的重要支点，有着重要的战略价值。
该片名为《贺兰山》，但记录的却不仅仅是一座山。本片以“贺兰山”为原点和文化符码，分为《山魂》《水脉》《家园》《丝路》《融合》《共生》6集，每集一个主题，环环相扣，站在“一带一路”的大背景下，选取了宁夏这片土地上最具历史感和生命力的故事，全景式地展现了宁夏政治稳定、社会发展、民族团结的新风貌。
《贺兰山》第一集 山魂
贺兰山与大兴安岭、阴山、祁连山共同构筑了中国北方天然的地理分界线，贺兰山以西是广袤的荒漠戈壁，全年降水量不足200毫米，而它的东麓则是丰饶的草场与水渠纵横的农耕区。这是一座富有诗意和创造性的山脉，它庇护着周围的万物生灵，见证了中国北方的沧海桑田、风云变幻。
《贺兰山》第二集 水脉
贺兰山下，黄河蜿蜒流过宁夏。中原移民带来的农业灌溉技术，让黄河水滋润了宁夏平原，在干旱少雨的塞北形成了江南才有的独特景观和生活。“塞上江南”不仅养育了宁夏，对整个中国的稳定和发展都发挥了不可替代的作用。
《贺兰山》第三集 家园
贺兰山曾经是游牧文明与农耕文明的分界线，是农牧冲突、交替控制、融合共生的大舞台。不同时代的人们，因为各种原因来到这里繁衍生息，异乡变成了故乡，宁夏成了共有的家园。
《贺兰山》第四集 丝路
宁夏是丝绸之路上的一个重要枢纽，宁夏与中亚、西亚的阿拉伯地区有着传统的贸易交流联系。今天的宁夏人通过中阿博览会与世界做着生意，古老的丝绸之路在今天焕发出了勃勃生机。
《贺兰山》第五集 融合
作为丝绸之路的重要节点，许多东西方文明的交流都在宁夏留下了深深的历史痕迹。中国的丝绸、茶叶、纸张、印刷术通过宁夏传入了中亚、欧洲，而西来的葡萄、胡桃、胡麻、胡萝卜、香料，甚至狮子文化都成了中国文化的一部分。

中国人很早就领悟了与天地万物和谐共生的真理，如今，贺兰山下的人们正在用智慧和勤奋创造着生态的文明，他们创造的惊人成就，是人与自然和谐相处的典范。而中国人传承了几千年的共生传统也让这片土地成为不同族群，共有的家园。贺兰山下，不同族群的人们彼此尊重，和睦相处，共同演奏着动人的共生乐章。
