BBC 纪录片《自然史诗之旅 Nature’s Epic Journeys》摄制组使用最尖端的科技去跟踪东非大草原上最浩大的大象迁徙、追踪加拿大和阿拉斯加地区的驯鹿，记录他们最具挑战与威胁的迁徙以及跟随非洲上千只斑马，它们为了食物，每年都要承受迁徙之苦，它们必须在雨季到来之时，到达茂盛的草场，太早或太晚都是灾难。
本系列共三集，依次展现大象、北美驯鹿、斑马的大迁徙。
象群摄制组使用最尖端的科技去跟踪东非大草原上最浩大的大象迁徙，随他们进入肯尼亚东部的桑布鲁国家保护区，届时将有进1000只大象聚集，他们在迁徙的旅途中为了生存，为了寻求伴侣，将面临重重危险及种种挑战，一起欣赏这次大象大迁徙吧!
北美驯鹿这次摄制组将追踪加拿大和阿拉斯加地区的驯鹿，记录他们最具挑战与威胁的迁徙，在驯鹿分娩之前，她们必须到达繁殖地。在这过程中，不仅要面对冰川的溶解，高山的险峻，还要面对来自狼群，熊甚至蚊子的威胁。来，一起体验这惊险的旅程吧!
非洲斑马摄制组跟随上千只斑马，它们为了食物，每年都要承受迁徙之苦，它们必须在雨季到来之时，到达茂盛的草场，太早或太晚都是灾难，最后一集，一起看斑马们勇敢面对干旱，饥饿以及凶猛敌人的挑战吧!
